Shipping
Every order is packed with care in eco-friendly mailers and boxes to protect both your tea and the planet. We ship from New York using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selecting the carrier and route that will deliver your package in the most efficient way. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
Returns
Because our teas and other consumables cannot be resold, we’re unable to accept returns on tea, tisanes, or food items. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out, we’re happy to help you find your next favorite tea or resolve any concerns.
Unused teaware may be returned or exchanged; simply contact us for instructions.
