To keep your tea at its best, store it away from heat, light, and air. When you are ready to steep a cup, check that your water temperature and steeping time match the recommendations on your Teadaytea pouch.

Most teas are best enjoyed within one to two years, though they remain safe to drink beyond that if stored properly. All Teadaytea orders are packed with care in our eco-friendly mailers and boxes and ship from our facility in New York. We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the most efficient route. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Because our teas and other consumables cannot be resold, we’re unable to accept returns on tea, tisanes, or food items. If something isn’t quite right, please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to help you find your next favorite tea.
