Shipping:

• Your order will be shipped in an eco-friendly mailer or box.
• We use a variety of shippers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Returns:

• We cannot accept returns on consumables, including tea, tisanes and food items. Get in touch, we would be happy to help you select a new tea to try!
• New teaware can be returned or exchanged.
